The oldest part of the mas was built in 1573, in the 60s the artist Joseph Szabo bought the abandoned house together with his wife, where he worked until he passed away in 2010. FonsAndré bought the house in 2012 and restored it to its present day glory together with the architect Vincent Fordel.
